Chef Brian Morey


Brian's passion for fine wine and food began at an early age. Before he could reach the counter, he was helping his mom in the kitchen. Growing up, his passion for creating dishes and cooking for friends and family developed into a passion. While leading kitchens in south Florida and owning a cafe in Boca Roton, he became a certified sommelier and began working for a French import wine outfit. He traveled around the world for 15 years learning about wine, and along the way gained some great mentors. Two roads have merged and his new journey is launching Morevino the restaurant and getting back in the kitchen where he feels complete.
