Brian’s passion for fine wine and food began at an early age. Before he could reach the counter, he was helping his mom in the kitchen. Growing up, his passion for creating dishes and cooking for friends and family developed into a passion. While leading kitchens in south Florida and owning a cafe in Boca Raton, he became a certified sommelier and began working for a French import wine distributor. He traveled around the world for 15 years learning about wine, and along the way gained some great mentors. Two roads have merged and his new journey is launching Morevino Restaurant Wine & Bar and getting back in the kitchen where he feels complete.
As a certified sommelier, his years in the wine industry and Ocala’s only in-house restaurant sommelier, Brian’s grasp on wines from all over the world will enhance your dining experience, will create an indelible memory for you and your guests and will invigorate or rekindle your desire and taste for delectable wines.
